MOSS Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party subprocessors ERGO SYSTEMS LLC ("MOSS") uses to operate the MOSS platform (the "Services"), together with each subprocessor's purpose and primary processing location. It supplements the MOSS Privacy Policy and is referenced from Section 31 (Service Providers).

A subprocessor is a third party we engage to process personal information on our behalf in order to deliver the Services. Each subprocessor receives only the information necessary for its specific function — for example, conversation content sent to an AI provider to generate a reply, text sent to an embedding provider for retrieval, voice audio sent to speech providers during a call, or transaction details sent to the payment provider.

1. CHANGE NOTICE

Before we add a new subprocessor that processes personal information, we will update this register at least 30 days in advance, so customers have an opportunity to review the change. We keep this page current as our providers change.

2. AI AND MACHINE-LEARNING PROVIDERS

  • OpenAI — AI reasoning, real-time voice interaction, and text embeddings — United States;
  • Anthropic — AI reasoning — United States;
  • Voyage AI — text embeddings and reranking for knowledge and memory retrieval — United States;
  • Cohere — reranking for knowledge and memory retrieval — Canada and United States;
  • Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription for voice calls — United States;
  • ElevenLabs — text-to-speech synthesis for voice calls — United States.

3. COMMUNICATION AND PAYMENT PROVIDERS

  • Twilio — telephony and SMS messaging — United States;
  • Resend — transactional email delivery — United States;
  • Stripe — payment processing — United States.

4. HOSTING AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS

  • Railway — application and background-worker hosting — United States;
  • Vercel — web and dashboard hosting — United States;
  • Supabase — managed PostgreSQL database and storage — United States.
